So so
Gripping idea of a story, and interesting attempt to capture a glimpse into such a rogue world we don’t get to see. Appreciate the digging and storytelling done there. The host does focus a bit too much on himself / his own experiences of what’s happening and puts a weight in this Vs the victims, especially jarring in relation to women / female survivors of domestic violence.

I find myself captivated by the facts of the cases only to be drawn out by the narrator’s incessant need to insert himself into the narrative. I’m not sure I’ll stick around past episode 3, unfortunately.

The journalist is obsessed with including his emotional turmoil in the story and it’s extremely off putting. Additionally, the series jumps back and forth and retells stories that was told before so everything just feels like a jumbled mess. The narrative is both predictable and confusing.
