“I like the podcast and really appreciate the subject matter they are tackling. Definitely worth a listen.
However, my constructive criticism would be to
1. Look at pronunciations. I can’t tell you how often I have gotten popped out of the subject matter by a bizarre pronunciation. From Cambyses to Hephestion, and even regular words like revere, it makes it harder to take the podcast seriously.
2. Drop the attempts to connect to modern day. The WW1, WW2, and Vietnam references were cringeworthy and inappropriate. Again, it makes it hard to take the podcast seriously.
There are smaller nit picks but I think the podcast enjoyable and hopefully it gets better over time.”
