Knitting Pipeline
Podcasters come and go but here's hoping Paula is here to stay! Never smug or self impressed, she simply and humbly talks about some of the joys in her life, namely, knitting, nature and her more recent foray into bagpiping. It helps that she has decades old letters in her back pocket from the knitting mother of us all, Elizabeth Zimmerman, but that is just the icing here. The delight with which she reads each personal letter is apparent and the tales of knitting camp, wild turkeys with names, what's on and off her needles, sage knitting tips, music and bits about the pipes round out her weekly podcast. Paula encourages feedback from her listeners and online ravelry group, contributing to the conversational tone of this charmer. And those of us who have come to listen know there's a lot to like about this refreshing new voice in the podcasting world. Angie/SilverbellRead full review »
