Great new podcast!
I agree with the other reviewers--Paula's voice is very calm and pleasant to listen to. Her podcast is almost like a conversation with a good friend. She talks about what she's been knitting, of course, but also about her favorite recipe, her new "garden," the wild turkeys in her back yard, and her bagpipes--just as if you'd asked her, "So what have you been up to?" She ends on a "high note" and tells you about her favorite or most exciting thing that happened this week. I imagine we'll get a few "low notes" along the way as well. When Paula talks about her knitting, she is careful to spell pattern names and describe techniques that new knitters might not be familiar with. Even though she's been knitting for many years, she remembers that not everyone who listens may be quite as experienced. Paula loves knitting shawls, so I'm sure she'll share plenty of knowledge to keep the not-so-novice knitter interested. A podcast for new and experienced knitters alike!Read full review »

This is s self assured knitter that knits fearlessly. She has a calm and soothing voice and it is nice to listen to this podcast after a hard day. The added bonus of the fact that she corresponded with EZ is a bonus.

You tell a good story, keep your energy high, and are a pleasure to listen...Read full review »
