This is an awesome introduction to the theories that Randall supports
I've watched hundreds of hours of content from creators like Randall et al. I think it is great that he is sharing his thoughts on the subject which has always captured my attention: that of how our people began, what challenges they faced, and how they managed to persevere through what seems like some severe conditions (to put it lightly). There is a copious amount of detail that Randall and the others present in this podcast, making the conversation very long. In my book, this is a GOOD THING. However, that is a detriment to the minds of people who have attention spans of a gnat. Don't be a gnat. If you really want to learn (and not just snort in derision), begin at the beginning of the podcast and work your way through the whole series. If you do so, you will be rewarded throughout with well thought out hypotheses, a lot of banter and good times. For me, this is good because it allows the conversation to flow naturally, as from a teacher to a student, and allows me to digest the heavy thoughts and implications that the material presents to my thinking mind, and even making it more memorable and the learning is thereby accelerated. This is no coincidence, for Randall is a teacher. To me, he is a great teacher that is able to keep my interest (which wanders all the time). Note that he does spoon feed a lot of information, trying to explain complex thoughts around the subject. Do not let this deter you. Seek to truly understand what he is saying. I guarantee you will get even more out of this podcast, and therefore the information presented, if you take the time to also read the papers and books that Randall cites in his narrative. Don't just take his word on it. GO LOOK AND LEARN. I would consider it an great honor to meet and talk with Randall. The man has worked for decades on this subject and I think he more than deserves a voice in the conversation about where we all have come from and how we got here. Thank you for listening to me, and more importantly, to Randall and company.Read full review »

These guys have created a great vehicle to allow Randall to explain to a much deeper level all the things I have wanted to understand more about. Thank you!
