Kotaku is one of the few gaming websites out there that prioritize investigative journalism, a form of work that is crucial to balancing the power between game publishers, developers, and the consumer. That background is part of what makes the "Splitscreen Podcast" special, and the hosts Scheier and Hamiltion provide engaging analysis of games, the industry, and the culture. It's informed commentary from some of the best writers in the business. Period. Very funny a lot of the time, cool guests, interesting topics. Also the whole reason I wanted to write this review was to praise Kirk’s gross kitchen song. It was amazing (and hilarious). Please take me when you get nominated for that grammy. Cheers. :)

I love listening to the games media just chat about the industry, so Splitscreen is a fun listen. Also, they constantly talk about Destiny, so the podcast can't really go wrong as far as I'm concerned.Read full review »
