The wake up call
Jim has no formal training in architecture, economics or urban planning but has shared more insights than our academic community, public officials or eoncomists combined. Some call him extreme, but his observations are passionate, worth our attention and meaningful. Why isn't this conversation being discussed in more forums? Are we that short sighted? This is one of the great podcasts out here. Jim consistently is on point about the state of current affairs while most of our mainstream commentators are hopelessly off point.
