The question isn't do you 'agree' with JHK or not, but can you aford to not pay attention to what he has to say. Kunstler is a true American Humanist (with a touch of prophetic zeal) in the finest sense of the word. Think Lewis Mumford with an acute sense of urgency. I'm new to his pod cast but, from what I can tell, it takes his complex diagnosis of the problem (The Geography of Nowhere), his prescirption for a rememdy (Home from Nowhere), within the context of a looming, well, catastrophe -- Peak Oil.
