“This podcast made me really think about the people who have an influence on my life at the moment. The people I follow and why I do it. What was my reason for starting what I am doing now? It made me think “what made me make this choice”, while being in school too. I heard Ali saying that she is just an advertiser for her product. That's not the reason I followed her and her brand. I followed because of the reality and the message she spreads through her brand. If it weren’t for the message, then I wouldn't have found her. She likes to focus on reality. I also learned that connecting with your body and your core will be one of the most important things you can do. It’ll help you when no one else believes you. Truly, you’re the only one who really knows what you're going through. It’s better to ask what you're doing than not!!
