The best podcast
I love starting my day with a podcast by Jim Kwik. I totally recommend to listen to his podcast as it promotes more awareness of the human mind and body. The episode isn’t too lengthy and has good information that can be put to use in your daily lives especially organising work, stress and anxiety. I feel healthy brain should be promoted and living a healthy lifestyle. I totally recommend to listen to it while showering or whilst travelling to work.
