Great invitations to apply what I learn!
Thank you for an inspiring, concise and actionable podcast! I’m new here and have only enjoyed a couple of episodes so far. In the episode Strategies on Note-Taking You’ll Remember, my key takeaway tool is that of partitioning a page with a line from top to bottom, dividing it into the two columns CREATE and CAPTURE. This encourages my brain to reflect on both note-TAKING and note-MAKING, by taking notes in the CAPTURE column, and reflecting on how I can TEACH the insights to someone else in the CREATE column. On a meta level, I really appreciate the invitation to maximise retention of what I’ve learned by teaching — through sharing a key insight through a podcast review in this way — brilliant!
