Great invitations to apply what I learn!
Thank you for an inspiring, concise and actionable podcast! I’m new here and have only enjoyed a couple of episodes so far. In the episode Strategies on Note-Taking You’ll Remember, my key takeaway tool is that of partitioning a page with a line from top to bottom, dividing it into the two columns CREATE and CAPTURE. This encourages my brain to reflect on both note-TAKING and note-MAKING, by taking notes in the CAPTURE column, and reflecting on how I can TEACH the insights to someone else in the CREATE column. On a meta level, I really appreciate the invitation to maximise retention of what I’ve learned by teaching — through sharing a key insight through a podcast review in this way — brilliant!

Looking forward to the podcasts for helping memory and such after TBI. Awesome stuff. Thankful the Civilized Caveman told me about this.

The Civilized Caveman turned me on to this podcast and I have already listened to the first podcast and can not wait to listen to more. The first podcast was short and sweet but open my eyes to what is possible. I will be looking forward to listening to practicing some of these skills soon.
