An observation. It’s becoming increasingly political in my opinion. So you need some balance to left of centre views.

I am very interested in the topics raised on this podcast. However, would it be possible for each member to speak without interruption and could we hear them equally? At present half the time is taken up with the opinions, thoughts, attitudes of one member and the other two have to try to get...Read full review »

It’s wonderful to listen to real experts discuss some of the key legal/social issues of the day. But (perhaps it’s just me) could you try harder not to be so punchy? In particular I’m put off by brutal interruptions, not just because it’s impolite, but also because it means that some of the...Read full review »

I love the idea of this podcast. But it’s unfortunate that the speakers tend to talk over the top each other and it can become a competition as to who can shout the loudest. Secondly, the speakers occasionally put forward their political views rather than just sticking to the law. Finally I feel...Read full review »

Refreshingly, a show where the hosts aren’t afraid to disagree with each other.

Excellent podcast - and would have given 5 stars if you could just stop interrupting and talking over each other - please! I want to hear what you all have to say. Thanks!

This is a thought-provoking podcast. Helena Kennedy is both the best and worst of the trio. Her contributions are always fluent and insightful; but she constantly interrupts and is intolerant of anyone else’s opinion. She never allows Falconer to challenge her statements. Quibbles aside, this is...Read full review »

Fab podcast. Please give it a go.. The issues discussed are spot on and the arguments are deeply informative made by three lawyers who have true knowledge and not just opinions My only note is that it is a podcast and most of us making the choice to listen to it will probably be like minded....Read full review »

A fantastic new deep dive into the legal side of political arguments of the day. Refreshing to hear from such distinguished experts in various fields of law (Helena is my favourite however!). Great podcast, I always looks forward to the next episode to hear the ‘slow news’ and brilliant analysis...Read full review »

Very different to the ‘average’ podcast and so much welcomed. A news sheet each week outlining the key arguments would be helpful, especially helping to understand the international law relating to Gaza and Israel

Firstly, thank you for your excellent efforts. Finally, we have 3 people being objectively human, just and fair. Secondly, the three principles laid out were a good starting point, in theory. However, in the context of the war on Gaza, they will only be appreciated and applied in the far future....Read full review »

Took a really interesting perspective on everything from Hong Kong to El Salvador. Definitely better than partisan in-fighting. Quite jolly too.
