Release the prisoners
Now we know the root cause of most licensing offences is lack of access not lawlessness, let these poor people out of prison!! What’s the point of knowledge if it’s not intelligently applied?

Excellent podcast
Admittedly I’m probably a bit biased because I’m a law student, but this podcast helps to keep me up to date with really interesting issues that affect everyone, lawyer or not. I also find Damien Carrick’s really comforting and his approach balanced and informed. Great stuff.
