Still the best
I can't recommend this podcast more highly. All three are excellent, clear, and occasionally humorous legal minds--- Troy too! He is an excellent moderator and does his homework. Herding cats is not easy. Richard and John are fairly libertarian (they were both rather strident critics of Trump during the entire election season, for example), so I believe the other research views calling them "Republican" are misplaced. Richard has been a law professor and occasional consultant his entire career, and is among the most-cited law professors out there. As folks often say-- "he thinks and talks in full article format" and it takes a lot of work to keep him in line, so good job, Troy! John has punctuated his teaching career with a stint in the Bush OLC. He is most-known for his writings on executive powers. Both men are fixtures in the Federalist Society, both in the more libertarian wing, except perhaps on foreign affairs and national security issues. The podcast is essentially monthly, covering the full panoply of national legal issues. This podcast is well-known, and often imitated, but in my opinion still the best out there!Read full review »

More reviews of Law Talk With Epstein, Yoo & Senik
And when it is weighted down w/ the particulate of minutiae & permeations - at least they have the good sense to add a chuckle at the gallows.

My only complaint with this podcast is that the episodes don’t come often enough.

I love these two—three actually if you include Senik. John Yoo is a trip! Quite the contrast to the Darth Vader like personality the media portrayed him to be during the Bush years.
