Conspiratorial and circumstantial
It was super interesting and a good listen at first. I had never heard of these events before, and I was interested in learning more about them. Then, the podcast went from factual to conspiratorial. In my opinion, the ending episodes were very reminiscent of the 1990’s Satanic Panic and modern day Q’anon mutterings. [I heard this from a butcher,] is not good journalism. [… investigated, but not charged,] is not proof of a crime. This podcast could have been so good if only it had stuck with the facts.

More reviews of Le Monstre
Harrowing subject yet presented in a very good Real Crime format. Good sound bytes, music and real news interviews. Addictive listening as the crimes unravel and unfold. Adverts a pain but hey they gotta fund the show.

This podcast has truly touched my emotions from fear for my own children to sympathy and even a sense of helplessness. The information is accurate and you can tell this research was very well verified and emotionally difficult to hear and pass on to us. Thank you for remembering the victims.

This podcast is so good. It is well researched and the host is amazing. His voice is low and soft and he doesn’t spout stupid opinions all the time or talk about “full body chills” like another one we all know. I had never heard of this case. It is scary and fascinating.
