David Mahon is a Human Resources business partner for a large organisation in Brisbane, Australia. And a passionate advocate for LGBTQ community. David is single handedly responsible for leading the systemic change within his organisation to be compassionate and inclusive of LGBTQ rights. David believes we need to be better at inclusion when it comes to respecting individual choices regarding gender identity and sexual orientation.
