Rachel Reeves
As ever, excellent interview but Rachel Reeves sounds hectoring and frankly a bit immature. The party’s position in relation to e.g the customs union is, in my view, bizarre given the reality of the ongoing costs and increased regulation from which we all suffer. She sounds mechanical and needs to exhibit some empathy rather than continuously mouthing the oft repeated sound bites. Regrettably she has said nothing that persuades me to continue to support her party. The Conservatives are beyond the pale so voting for many to whom I speak is a genuinely difficult issue. I wonder if many potential voters will simply not turn out - clearly not good for anyone.

Some great interviews with serious people like Fiona Hill, but I’m struggling to see why David Baddiel was invited on. Thank God we’ve got people like David Baddiel to tell believers how stupid they all are. He was a self-important bore of a man.
