I continue to find these podcasts insightful and focused on relevant topics that impact educators, families, and most importantly- kids. What topic could be more important and noble than education?

I’m hooked on learning from this podcast to hear the point of view of a high level superintendent on student achievement and success. As a parent, I’m making some shifts this year with my own kids, and as an educational consultant, I can see a point of view of important educational trends with...Read full review »

Good stuff, Jeff. You’re helping us to see through practical, honest and sometimes humorous examples that leaders will be most successful when being clear about who makes decisions and how they’ll be made. Trust grows in those we lead when being clear and straight-forward. Can’t wait to delve...Read full review »

As a homeschooling mother for the last 8 years, I can say that having that ”why” in my back pocket encourages me like nothing else can. Homeschooling is incredibly challenging, but my vision of why we do it feeds my tired soul. I don’t get paid, sometimes I feel like I am reinventing the wheel,...Read full review »

I love Jeff’s honesty and humility as he describes his personal journey, and relates his own experiences to lessons we can all benefit from. His podcasts give me so much to think about in the context of my path of leadership in business. Already looking for the next episode.

The ‘Why’ of becoming a teacher was for me the result of doing ok in high school but falling flat on my nose in the beginning of college. Dr.Rose’s experience brought to my mind the wonderful educators who helped me and that led to my “why”.

This is something for everyone. Love the personal story told in an open and honest way. Educators need to be reminded of that “a-ha” moment that can actually turn a student’s entire educational experience around. Well done! I will be sharing this this with everyone.

Love being able to hear Jeff Rose talk about his why and education - only criticism is the opening and closing music is bland and sounds canned & for those unfamiliar with Dr. Rose it may turn listeners away before the podcast begins 🎸🎸🎸
