Regarding restrict-binge podcast
Loved the first podcast! The under-eating and restriction to aid weight loss is such a common struggle and then binging to undo all the “progress”. Trying to find a healthier maintainable diet is key and something I continue to struggle with! Really enjoyed the first podcast and will continue to listen in! -Kristina
