Disappointing
Having been a fan of Nina Simone, for many years, I was interested in finding out more about her life and career. However, the hosts were difficult to understand., not only because of their accents but the gentleman spoke very fast. This was my first time listening to Legacy and there are others that I’m interested in hearing. I hope there will be different narrators for future episodes.

Got about 20 minutes in and had to give up. Can’t bear podcasts where there’s music playing the whole time hosts are speaking - feels like it’s constantly in preamble. Such a fascinating and interesting view on Napoleon. I had no idea he tried to reintroduce slavery in Caribbean! Both historians are great but I particularly enjoyed Afua’s opinions. Fantastic. I cannot wait to listen to 2nd series!
