“I was introduced to a Geordie DJ called Glen Horsborough about 18 months ago. I took the recommendation initially with a little scepticism, hoping his brand of ‘House Music’ wasn’t just more generic and mindless EDM. From the moment I first started listening to his podcast Let There Be House I was hooked!!
Glen's blend of vocal/soulful/disco/old school tunes is exactly what I love about this scene. Ever since, I’ve not missed an episode, I’ve seen the guy play in person at his first London gig and he killed it!
Glen is always tweaking his offering, keeping ahead of the curve and introducing new ideas to his podcast - guest DJ’s, bring it back and ‘one more tune’… Look back through his podcast feed and listen to his 2014 end of year special, a simply outstanding 2 hours of the best of 2014.
