Covering for an abusive boss? Classic HR move!
A recent episode of this podcast provided a speaking platform and support for a known abuser in the community, without following up with any victims from several cities across the country who can corroborate a long-standing pattern of abusive behavior from this individual. Incredibly unethical, extremely disappointing.

As a faculty member at a liberal arts college, I spend a lot of time talking to young people about what their futures will be like. This podcast is giving me some great ideas to present to my students to challenge their thinking about those futures and how they can change things for the better.
