As I have been in this industry for a long time; whether a pizza cook, dish washer, sous chef, server/bartender or agm, this podcast has a lot of great information and content that is relatable and comical yet serious and practical!

I just listened to your podcast re Anthony Bourdain. It was a wonderful tribute to a beautiful, amazing man. I cried all the way through it, missing him so much. Thank you for your excellent portrayal of someone who I have always loved and admired. Ann Marie

I subscribe to a few other podcasts that I listen to religiously, however, after listening to the first episode of let’s talk about chef they just don’t compare. This podcast is the perfect combination of entertaining and informative. Give it a try I dare you! Bon appetite!

I thought I knew things. I was wrong. This dude is full of useless information... in an awesome way! Can’t wait for the next episode, so cool to learn about the history of cooking from someone who isn’t being edited by the Food Network!!
