“I’ve always been fascinated by the subject of cults and set out to find a podcast about them. This is everything I could’ve asked for and more. Each episode is meticulously researched, and Sarah Steel’s voice is really pleasant. Some episodes even have voice actors reading quotes, which I thought was an extra nice touch to add some diversity to the listening experience and gives the show that extra polish. I also enjoy the empathy in how Sarah talks about cult survivors and the details like trigger warnings at the start and helpline for people involved in cults at the end. This show is a must listen for people interested in the subject of cults.”
