“How can the American people be so wilfully blind? On one hand we have a lazy, rich scammer who has gone from bankruptcy to bankruptcy, pausing in between to organise financing that's problematic and obviously given for services rendered or to come and he ends up literally committing treason and staging a coup d'état which had the aid and support from many of the rich and powerful, who STILL serve in the same roles as before, with the "odd angry shot" being fired by the occasional brave prosecutor who is actually doing their job but still, he remains free. Living like a feudal lord, raking in huge amounts of money that he grifts from the people who still believe in him and are pridefully ignorant to the truth...
AND THEN you have cases like this.
The world is laughing, when they used to be awestruck and respectful. America used to be SO respected, everywhere, all over the world and it was SO deeply entrenched that even Cold War enemies would always deal with Americans with absolute respect, even if they hated them but not since 2016 ...
Is it RIP for the USA? It certainly looks like it, especially when these travesty's are just "normal" and not the rare, extremely strange case that once discovered, those who are responsible can't sleep at night, until they actually do their jobs properly...
