I’ve recently started a re-listen, I’m up to about halfway through and I’m loving it even more this time round. SO funny, so friendly, lots of silliness amongst the science. As I’ve said in the title - proper belly laughs. Can’t recommend enough.

A fun science comedy crossover podcast between two siblings. The barmy interaction between Laura and Ron is gas. Not sure I’m learning much (science was never a strong subject for me), but I still love to listen to it. The theme music is great too, it cheers my heart when I hear it. I’m binge...Read full review »

Brilliant. Could use more sound effects.

Hilarious and sometimes infuriating (in the best way) family feel podcast (loosely) about science. Every Monday I can’t wait to have these guys keep me company and make me giggle no matter what I’m doing or what kind of a day I’m having. LISTEN!

Can’t believe it took me this long to try an episode - kicked off with the Dara anniversary edition - I’m in the science enthusiast audience segment but beyond the science mostly this hit the spot for the joyful funny conversation - thank you …. And now dreaming of a Klopp crossover episode where...Read full review »

I’ve been a fan of Laura’s for some years but this is just the loveliest, silliest listen. If you like sciencey stuff (but it doesn’t really matter if you don’t - Laura doesn’t either…) and like laughing, then you’ll love this. Join Laura and her little brother Ron, as he tries to get her to...Read full review »

Once in a while a podcast comes along that probes the depths of the universe and asks the big important questions! This is not that podcast…. This asks “do atoms feel shame?” “Why is physics the worst?” And very often “do i have to??” It’s a soft introduction to the world of science that leads...Read full review »

I love this so much. A lovely gentle listen, with lovely gentle Laura and Ron. I’ve binged over half of the episodes in about 2 days. Laura’s exasperation at the topics is just as funny as Ron’s exasperation with Laura. Meanwhile I’m somehow equally shocked at how much I’ve both forgotten and...Read full review »

This podcast is chuffing brilliant. Laura and Ron take us on a journey of learning and, at times, existential dread and despair to cover the GCSE science curriculum. Ron does his absolute best to try and impart knowledge; Laura does her absolute best to riff on everything and almost derail the...Read full review »

I literally can’t believe I am entertained by this podcast. And yet, I am, and I love it. It’s seemingly hours of utter nonsense, and I’m learning nothing at all, but it’s just funny. Sibling chemistry has never been so fun.

I am IN LOVE with this podcast - such a perfect balance of science and silliness! The relationship between Laura and Ron is so pure, it makes for utterly compelling listening. RECOMMEND!

It is a delight to hear Laura and Ron banter, squabble, and occasionally learn something. I work in a lab and this podcast makes me remember why I love science. Thank you Lexxes!!

I love Lexx Education and Laura Lexx is a brilliant comedian. Ron gets some good ones in too. Even through all the squabbling, you can tell they love each other. It’s got heart. It’s funny. It’s interesting. Check out Laura’s other podcast National Treasures.

Really enjoy the concept of the pod and the hosts work so well together! Maybe it’s because their siblings so they have natural chemistry due to their biological link? Either way the result is physical laugher from me! Well worth your time!

The banter is so genuine that it feels like hanging out with friends. Ron’s frustration is so real and you end up feeling it too (even if you also don’t understand the science 😂). A lovey, gentle podcast to cheer you up and maybe teach you something!

If you’ve seen any of Laura’s stand up you’ll be familiar with the utter warmth and charm that exudes from her, and this podcast is no exception! I honestly feel SO MUCH frustration for Ron’s attempts to teach her but I’m rooting for her so hard that when she has even a minor ‘aha!’ moment I feel...Read full review »

Really love this podcast, it’s sweet, funny & educational. Laura is hilarious trying to learn science from her very (mostly) patient brother Ron who isn’t always successful at keeping it on track with Laura’s tangents. 😂

I started listening to this podcast while walking the dog and have become complete hooked since episode 6 ‘down’ and have spent this week bingeing the episodes. In ’down’ Laura’s ability to accept scientific concepts completely breaks down. I listened in fascination and awe at Laura’s complete...Read full review »

I only did double science at school (humanities ftw) so while I find the learning HARD the laughs come easy :) really fun podcast

Hilarious way to realise how much you’ve forgotten from school. They go through 1 topic from each of the sciences each week and have little quizzes at the end to see how much you’ve picked up! Great banter between the hosts and at some point they’re going to sing A Whole New World! Looking...Read full review »

Great idea to mix comedy with science. We need Laura to visit the States!

What an amazing, fun way to learn. Who knew science could be as interesting as this?! It’s so easy to listen to and love the obvious sibling bond between Laura and Ron. Clever, quirky and a whole lot of laughs. Definitely give it a go. Well done guys. You should be so proud.
