Disappointing first two episodes
I was excited for this podcast. However, somewhat ironically, the first episode was a bit deceitful. It lacked substance and was more of a trailer than an episode 1. Still, I had hope for the remainder but again the second episode was lacking. They’ve managed to stretch perhaps one episodes worth of content into two episodes. I was expecting the equivalent of a well written Fairfax article in podcast form, but instead we have an episode of A Current Affair, complete with cross promoting. Respect the format, do better.

More reviews of Liar, Liar
Sadly, like many podcasts, Tom and Kate’s meanderings around Melissa’s story is frustrating to listen to. Why not just a linear narrative without the cringe worthy bios of both presenters? It’s a great story but it needed a sub-editor with a splicing block and splicing tape to edit out the verbiage.

Wow very interesting, odd weird and downright dodgy statement. Can’t wait for more episodes.

Ep 1 was poorly presented (see the majority of other comments). I’ll hang in there to see if it improves.
