“Liked the EP on the “family”
The rise of fundamental Christianity has reached Australia, traditionally a secular society, respecting faith but keeping it out of public life. There is evidence the the American evangelicals have pushed influence into Australian life with money and political lobbying as described in the podcast. This coincides with the rise of the conservative right in this country which has moved much farther to the right than any previous government here.
Worth a listen to see if any of what is spoken of resonates with your experiences and observations of the current world. Cheers M”
