Sharing deeply personal pain helps others heal
Jen is very sadly highly qualified to sit down with Melissa Rivers and have a conversation that is often at times so raw it's palpable and at other times touchingly sweet and funny. Both women from unique perspectives as wife, child, mother and so on share deeply personal experiences that ultimatley reach out and touch those listening in very unexpected ways. I would encourage everyone to listen to this touching series whether your have experienced suicide first hand or know someone that did. I'm looking forward to next week when we will hear from Chloe Ashton, Jen's incredible daughter who is about to begin her freshman year at Harvard having spent the last two years begining her healing journey as a result of her dad's death by suicide. Heavy stuff and guaranteed to help many who struggle currently or who sadly will experience this in their future.Read full review »
