Although some sectors such as hospitality have seen significant job losses, there has been a forceful rebound in the job market as the pandemic normalizes and more and more positions are open for remote work. On the one hand, certain aspects such as training have proven to be problematic to do remotely. On the other hand, remote work has presented unprecedented opportunities for us to work as an international community and connect with people in different time zones.
