For me this is a time of self reflection and so I looked back at my birthdays from 2018 to 2021 and thought about what I was doing then and what kind of mental state I was in at the time. I remember all the frustration but also the satisfaction of overcoming those difficulties in life and I realized it was all part of the process of never-ending growth. That process is what keeps us young forever because we don’t age when we are propelled by ambitions and keep facing the challenges life throws at us.
