“They recommend one of the most poorly run mortgage companies out there. NACA talks a good game but they are staffed by incompetent, underpaid people. I had to quit the program because the agent I was assigned to REFUSED to help me. Her manager wouldn’t hold her accountable and I basically wasted precious time and money on a process that was unnecessarily long and tedious. Please vet the companies that y’all promote because the internet is full of NACA horror stories”
