The content here is useful but a commentator uses the word “like” far too much and not only impacts the listenability of the podcast but also is a disappointment for me on NPR standards of effective communication and proper English!

Buy vs Rent
I admire the effort to educate the masses about personal finance, but this Buy vs Rent episode was terrible. It completely glossed over the numerous cases when buying makes no financial sense. I have learned SO much from this show! They break down stressful topics into easy, understandable, approachable steps, and I often take notes on episodes that particularly interest me. I highly recommend for anyone just trying to figure out life!
