“I listen to many history podcasts, including a few collaborative ones, but this one just doesn't work for me. The interaction between the two hosts is awkward and just slows the podcast down, pulling it in opposite directions as opposed to enhancing it. I enjoy Ray Harris' History of WWII Podcast, and his meetups with Lazlo Montgomery of the China History Podcast are a good listen, but not this one. It's tortured and doesn't provide enough historical insight to make up for it. You're better off listening to Mike Duncan's episodes on Caesar in the History of Rome.
