I love this podcast. Lisa has explained things about dysfunctional families, codependency, and emotional neglect in ways I’ve never heard before. I thoroughly enjoyed the episodes about narcissistic mothers and pathological sibling rivalry.

Hearing these episodes bring tears to my eyes knowing I have allowed someone to do this fo me for so long. It’s so scary and it makes me feel so hopeless and lost. I would love to have a one on one to get a better understanding.

I have a hard time taking someone seriously as a professional when they only use themself and/or their family as an example. It’s like she just made this podcast so she could tell everyone what a crappy life she’s had and how everyone is so mean to her.
