an honest assessment
Most so called "financial gurus" have a perspective that is from a holier then thou standpoint. They give you a path that is virtually impossible to duplicate and forget that sometimes life gets in the way. Listen, Money Matters! is different. They look at finances from a real, average man/woman standpoint. The two guys that discuss the given money topics represent the ying and yang of finantial know how. One guy (Andrew) represents what we all strive to be, financially educated, over-achiever, and above-average wealth builder. The other guy (Matt) represents the reality based "What if I die tomorrow?" aspect in all of us and is probably closer to the average person in habits and financial planning (or the lack thereof). Most people will fall somewhere in the middle. The thing most listeners will fall in love with is that after Andrew makes us feel like crap and reminds us that we may be behind the curve financially speaking, Matt reminds us that we could be worse off lol, and nobody is perfect, but you have to keep chugging along... The show itself disscusses many broad topics and startegies for wealth building and is a good listen wether you are finantially savy and just looking for tips or a newbie looking to learn something new and develop your own roadmap to financial freedom. Keep it up guys!Read full review »

Matt and Andrew make money management fun! Woking in a bank myself I know first hand financial information can be stiff and boring. However, these guys make it interesting.
