Veteran Broadcaster Eric Martin Koppelman leaves the studio to take his Long Island Morning Show on the Road.....literally!

Eric visits Northside Delicatessen and Catering located at 693 Fort Salonga Rd, Northport, NY 11768. They had me when I walked through the door with the appearance and atmosphere but sometimes it's the parting words from a counter person that makes a difference.

Today Eric visited the Starbucks located at 513 NY-111, Hauppauge, NY 11788. Some of the counter people need a lesson in Customer Service.

Today I visited La Slice Pizzeria at 1826 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Islandia, NY 11749. Julia saved the day with just a few simple words as I was walking out the door. She was not even helping me and was busy with another customer....yet she still took the time to make me feel like my business mattered. Congratulations Julia!
