As someone who struggles with autoimmune hepatitis (a liver condition) I can honestly say that the information they are telling you is correct. It is very similar to what my doctors have told me. 10/10 recommend this podcast if you are looking to improve your liver health/ function.

My father and other relatives have died of lifestyle and liver related diseases so I find this useful and reassuring. However when I try to implement things like increased fibre and Mediterranean diet there isn’t enough info on how to do it, particularly as a parent cooking for a family.
