Practising self love and self care is so important. I noticed I havent been doing it so well the past two weeks but I wasnt aware on how to change it.
THere is always a way to figure it out. So how do you practise self-care?
I was analising my thoughts and saw that there is something "wrong" on what I think about me but I wasnt so sure what exactly.
Attention: This episode is a bit emotional ;-) but I think that is fine because that is important as well to show your emotions. And I am talking about a topic very difficult for me: the toxic relationship to my parents and the thoughts which arise. I guess some of you can relate to that.
And now I give myself a good treat and enjoy or at least recover and then enjoy my holidays. :-) XoXo
