Accessible adventuring
As ever, Alastair brings his affable charm to the question of how to get a bit more adventure into your life. For ordinary human beings, who are struggling with competing demands of work, social life, finances etc. Nothing intimidating- just good old fashioned blether about what excites people to stand on top of hills or swim in rivers, and how to make sure we get out and do it. Accessible inspiration for us mere mortals who are never going to run an ultra marathon, but might sleep out on a hill every so often, when we can fit it in with the rest of our busy lives. Top listen!

There are quite a few adventure podcasts out there, but Alastair manages to put a twist on each story allowing the listener to be involved. Love the uniquely formulated questions. Keep up to good work.
