Episode 39 - The Long and Winding Journey to Feeling Happy Again
Listen now
Description
It started 10 months ago with the first episode of this new podcast, trying my best to talk about the struggles and pain I have faced with my past relationship. All the ups and downs, just like a rollercoaster! There is a lot of progress that I've made since that time, definitely has not been easy and there have been a lot of triggers and set backs. When you begin to see the truth and feel what respect, dignity, compassion is like again it doesn't take long to become happy, safe and willing to take on the uncertainty of life. Want to Contact Me?
