Inspired
I am inspired. Its hard to wade through all the information in the short moments I have of quiet. The pod casts are just short enough I can listen during commute to and from work at the grocery store etc. I can quickly go to the website for ideas. The Mom's don't scold you for allowing some sugar and fats, they are realistic, creative and fun to listen to. The focus isn't just on eating your fruits and veggies, it's about total nutrition (fiber, good fats etc). They encourage you to teach your children to eat better by not hiding the nutrition, but by making it easier for even picky eaters to accept. They are realistic about not creating a mound of dirty dishes as well as using a shorter list of ingrediants so that prep, dinner and clean up go smoother. I can't wait for the cookbook I ordered to arrive! And a special thanks for adding vegetarian choices. We have changed from a family that would eat out constantly to 3-4 times in the last 2 months. Thanks and great job!Read full review »
