“I really enjoy listening to you guys, but recently I've noticed a little more negativity than usual. The Heat aren't going to be great this year, we all know it. So, instead of focusing on the obvious deficiencies, lets stay optimistic, and acknowledge the areas of improvement after every game. At this point it's all about development, not winning.
