Generally excellent, tendency to be too deferential with guests
Host Danny Leroux is very analytical and has an excellent grasp of salary cap/roster mechanics. Generally very good at applying SportsVU/advanced stats with film tape. Excellent speaker, articulate and concise. Largely devoid of superficial "hot takes". Highly worth recommending. Just one complaint: When hosting guests from opponents, Leroux has a tendency to be far too congenial/deferring toward the guest(s), devoting significant/the majority (70+%) of such episodes' running time to the opponent's perspective, rather than the Warriors. This unfortunate acquiescence tends to make the opponent's team the focus of podcast episodes, rather than how the Warriors would perform or react against said opponent. Would much prefer more proportionate time to and concentrate on how the Warriors would respond to the opponent's various proclivities/strengths/weaknesses.Read full review »

This podcast is quality. I really enjoy Danny's in-depth commentary and analysis. I always listen to this podcast when it comes out with a new episode, which I'm happy to say is quite frequently.Read full review »

All due respect to Charles T. Ham but Wes Goldberg is a huge upgrade. Great knowledge of the game and I love his takes—has made me reconsider opinions I’ve had a number of times. Plus I like that I don’t have to feel too bad about Charles losing his gig because he is a regular guest.
