“Stumbled upon this podcast looking for long range info. I found it super interesting but I’ve come to the realization that the host, the CEO, should really be doing this by himself. When the CEO has engineers on, he’ll ask some questions but he is really looking for a very specific answer. And when they don’t answer the way he wants, he will just answer himself. Also he continually interrupts his guests with his own thoughts and ideas.
I will try listening to it again but I’m hoping that the CEO doesn’t 100% hijack every single conversation away from his own ideas.”
