I tried to focus on the content, but whoever is eating during the show has ruined this for me. I can’t believe someone would think it’s okay to eat a crunchy food directly into the mic. I’ve been follow Revival Strength/ Functional Bodybuilding for years. I’ve maintained, recovered and rebuilt with these workouts through the years. I firmly believe in the philosophy of this programming/method. And I think they have something for everyone.
