Rt Hon John Bercow is MP for Buckinghamshire and Speaker of the House of Commons. In 2008 he wrote the Bercow Review of Services for Children and Young People (0-19) with Speech, Language and Communication Needs which found wide-ranging inadequacies in provision of services. John Bercow remains interested in SLCN and addressed the conference on Wednesday 15th June 2011.
