Sunshine Noir
The quirkiest Malibu mystery since The Long Goodbye. We start with a heartbreaking murder and dig deeper and deeper as the investigation rolls out in real time. Eccentrics, real heroes, bad cops, and a reporter on the verge of unraveling a far-reaching cover-up — it’s all there. And the craziest thing is that it really happened. I’m not all-in on true crime mania, but give me something well-made with a strong POV and you’ve got me. This is that podcast. Loving it!

You’re investigating a murder and you have to look up what GSR is? Come on.

Good podcast. Are you going to get to Mitrice Richardson eventually???

I’m glad this is getting more attention. Interesting how many ‘locals’ dislike it. People are very invested in the perception of how ‘perfect’ this area is (Malibu, Calabasas etc). I wonder also about Mitrice Richardson’s very sad case and the links to Lost Hills cops.
