Beautiful Thematic Connections
I usually do not enjoy fiction or skits in audio. Love Me uses both in a beautiful way to enhance its narrative journalism. Everything blends together, each segment adding new facets, coloring and texturing the theme that is fully realized only by the end of each episode. Excited to see this leads. Plus it's fun. In the Golden Age of Podcasting (i.e. post-Serial), CBC’s contributions have been depressingly lacklustre – until now. Love Me is personal, intimate, quirky and endlessly creative. I can’t wait for more episodes.
