I Do Love It!
I have always been interested in WHY people eat what they eat and Adam dives deep into this. I know he's not a professional, but he asks the right questions. I think most of our food issues arise from our childhood. We love what our mother made, we hate what she forced us to eat! Or your father. Or whomever cooked for you when you were a kid. I'm glad the microphone issues got fixed early on; that made a big difference in the listenability. I think it's a five star podcast and I won't ding it a star when I say if there was one thing that bugs me about it, it's that sometimes Adam sounds like he's smiling even when he's talking/asking serious questions. I know it's weird. It's just a tone of voice that sometimes maybe should be dropped down a notch octavally. I'm sure that's a word. <3Read full review »

I enjoy everything Adam turns his hand to, and this podcast is another showcase for his dry humor, sly wit, intelligence, and interest in and appreciation of his colleagues.
